My sister got 88 cutoff BCM category she is going to apply for revaluation can she apply tnea with this mark

Yes, she can apply but the cutoff is actually low to get a good college in TNEA.

As per my knowledge 45% aggregate mark is needed for BCMShe scored 82 in maths 90 in physics 98 in chemistry

I don’t think so they’ll accept you application form with the eligibility criteria being not met.
