Let me tell you With this Rank she will not get any NLU,this year If you are General category even if she is Girl or Have state Domicile Last rank admitted for Clat in General Category was somewhere around 3 K to 4 K,With EWS Quota so,You can see Cutofd is higher for General Category student.She may Try Next year.Don't be worry about it.
