My sister is studying 10th she like to join in kalashetra will she be provided with mobile phone for calling home from hostel. And what is the course fee and yr of the completion of digree if she joins in 2020

Facilities provided is good. Hostel has telephonic facility to call home in day end or week-end. Not to worry about that. Fee structure will vary by stream. So you have to ask to the concerned authority. They can help you give accurate answer. Personally visit the campus and talk to the authority about the joining process. it will be convenient for you.
