Yes your sister can sit for NEET 2020. Students from NIOS, State open schools and private candidates are eligible for NEET 2020 if they fulfill the other eligibility criteria. This means that she must have passed the exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology along with English as mandatory subjects. Also she must have secured at least 50% marks (GEN/ GEN EWS) in her PCB subjects (45% for GEN PH, 40% for SC/ ST/ OBC- NCL).
