my son cleared 6th sem in mechtronics but due to not cleared kt in one subject he could not allowed to study in forth year (7th sem).

Relevant internships.
Clearing the CFA Level 1 exam, or later levels if he has already cleared it.
A diploma in a foreign language like Mandarin.
