My son got 71.04 percentile in mains 2020. Will he be able to get admission into any NIT?

It's difficult to tell you the exact about the qualifying cutoff & admission cutoff. But based on this percentile, The chances seems less to get NITs, IIITs & GFTIs Etc. You can go for state level counselling. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main 2020 April Session again.

Based on the cut off marks, your son need to score nearly 90 marks, if you belong to general category. If you belong to SC or ST category, you may have more chances. Other than NITs, you can get other colleges also.
