Your son has a decent score in the entrance exams you have mentioned. I suggest you to wait till the last round of each college's counseling process. I feel he may or may not get CSE, that depends on your category ( general/ reserved). Also AEEE score of your son is also good and he can get CSE branch in Coimbatore campus given that you have a state quota. So you see different factors matters here. You can keep an eye on IP University in delhi there he has a chance.
