My son has taken PCBM and English subject in 10+2 . is he elligible for NEET 2019? As per our knowldege we have to take five subject

Yes obviously he is eligible.
He just need PCB in 10+2 level and pass those subjects, and also get >50% in biology.

Yes, he is eligible for NEET 2019.  The eligibility criteria for NEET  is to have Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in Class 11 and 12 ( 10+2 from a recognised board )

Yes. He is eligible. The requirements are 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized Board. That's it.

Yes, he will be eligible for NEET as well as JEE, subject to the condition that he qualifies minimum qualifying% in mandatory subjects and overall % in 12th boards.
The mandatory subject requirement in NEET is PCBE and one other subject and  has opted for it and  would have Maths too under main 5 subjects thus passing it too would be compulsory.
No subject will be additional as 5 subjects are compulsory to be taken and above that if students  take 1 or 2 more subjects then that get counted as additional subject.
