I am unable to completely understand your question but from the point I am seeing I can interpret from your question that you are asking for college that provides 11 and 12th along with MBBS.
As per my understanding of your question, No there is no such college or university. You need to make your child appear in Class 12th from any CBSE or any recognised board and after that if he sits for the NEET exam and clears it he will be given admission into MBBS course as per the marks scored by him.
