My son is studying in Maharashtra , but born is Andhra Pradesh, He is eligible for apply APEMCET 2019.

Hello sir, the eligibility depends on the local and non local. So if your son has 8 years of study in ap he is considered as local candidate. Else he will be non local, though being non local one can write ap eamcet but the problem is you will be having very less cutoff for the college.

Your son must have a bachelor's degree from a recognised board.

And he should belong to Andhra Pradesh or Telangana state.

As this requirement is fulfilled, so your son is eligible for it.
