Hello Gunjan,
First of all your admission in any college which accepts NEET marks is based on your ALL INDIA RANK.
But qualifying the ARMED FORCES MEDICAL COLLEGE, PUNE screening test ( ToELR) totally depends on how you perform in the test and in the personal interview.
Although AFMC have reserved seats for ST\ SC but that cannot assure you a seat in AFMC.
