my state rank is 3000in up my marks is 477 can i get gov. college in bds. i have registered but not verifing document .has there any hope

Considering your marks, if you belong to the general category under the State quota you seem to have a fair chance to get a government seat in a BDS college. You should go on with the counselling process and get your documents verified.
