My surname is wrong on my registration slip so tell me how to correct this.

If you have entered any wrong information in your application form for any specific entrance examination then there is an opportunity for you provided by the conducting agency itself which is known as the correction facility window where you got a unique option to re edit your entered information such as personal details/ academic records/ language selection for examination/ test centre details/ and various other credentials.

But you have to make sure that you use this facility only in the given time period itself, because once the dates get done you cannot change any information you have entered.
