My teachers said to me that i should choose that subject in which I can put efforts and got sucsess but I'll interested in PCB because I think that i will put efforrts in this stream but i also want to choose commerce subject just because in present time it's a craze of commerce so I also want to it

Don’t choose Commerce just because it’s a “craze” right now. Choose the stream where you genuinely feel you can study consistently for 2 years without forcing yourself.
From what you wrote, it honestly sounds like your real interest is in PCB, and you feel you can put effort into it. That matters much more than trends.
Commerce is good too, but if you only take it because others are doing it, there’s a chance you may lose interest later. Every stream has opportunities today — PCB, Commerce, PCM, all of them. Success mostly depends on your skills, consistency, and interest.
So ask yourself this:
“Which subjects can I actually study daily without feeling completely drained?”
If the answer is Biology and PCB subjects, then don’t ignore that just because Commerce is popular right now.
And remember — choosing PCB does not lock you only into MBBS. PCB students today also go into:
• Biotechnology
• Psychology
• Nutrition
• Pharmacy
• Research
• Forensics
• Bioinformatics
• Healthcare management
• AI + Biology fields
So there are many modern career options there too.
