My UPSEE general rank is 10769 and obc rank is 3053 ,which governent colleges can i get from these rank?

Sorry to inform you that your chances of getting a government college at this rank are negligible. At this rank you might not be able to get any government semi government college. You can only expect a good private college with a branch of your interest.
