You have a chance of getting CSE in VIT VELLORE in the second phase. But, you will surely not get it in the first category. You ll get it in the third or the fourth category whose total fees for one year is going to be around 5.5 lakhs.

Not in the first round of counselling. You may get a chance later if there are vacancies once JoSAA counseling is over so 2nd phase you have to see. However I must hint that the fee structure may vary then.
