No you cannot get a cse seat for your rank..But there is another way that you can get seat in vellore, chennai that is through management quota.If you go through this option then you can get your desired seat in desired campus.conatc us on : enquire2019@gmail.com

You have good average rank, however Vit offer aerospace engineering only in Bhopal campus. For aerospace branch there is a high competition, . But still you can have high probability to get admission in Cse or electronic .
