No you cannot get a cse seat for your rank. .But there is another way that you can get seat in vellore, chennai that is through management quota.If you go through this option then you can get your desired seat in desired campus.conatc us on : enquire2019@gmail.com

Only VIT Bhopal offers Aerospace engineering. There will be high competition for aerospace. But there is some chance for admission. So best of luck.
