My Wbjee GMR rank is 34985(PC score-0.25 and M score-24.50).But my PMR rank is not Scored.Am i eligible wbjee counselling 2019?

See GMR rank is general rank for all the courses that come under WBJEE like B.Arch, B.Tech and B.Pharm etc. While PMR rank is a seperate rank list according to which B.Pharm seats are alloted to the aspirants. Your question is not completely clear, what i can understand is you are not given a PMR rank. If that is the case you simply might not be elligible for B.Pharm course. Since you have a GMR rank you should be eligible for other courses. Please check the elligibilty criteria for B.Pharm to be sure of it.

You mentioned that you obtained your General merit Rank which is 34985. But you did not get Pharmacy merit Rank (PMR).

Do not worry.

You can definitely appear for West Bengal Joint entrance examination Counseling. But you can opt for engineering Branches only. You can not opt for pharmacy branch.

But the counseling process of wbjee ended.

I would suggest you to go for the spot counseling of Decent private engineering institutes.
