Fingertip is good but neet paper are from necrt text book so you have you fellow ncert because all this NEET guide books are from ncert based

I would recommend Truemanns Biology for understanding the concepts, but personally, you can use 40 days NEET by Arihant for basic decent preparation for the exam. It deals with all important topics, even extra ones. Otherwise, solve sample papers and previous years papers.
