Need guidance for upcoming mbbs admission councelling 2025

If you’ve cleared NEET 2025 and want to take admission in MBBS, then understanding the counselling process is very important. There are two types of counselling – All India Quota (AIQ), which is done by MCC, and State Quota, which is conducted by individual state authorities from the state you belong to.

In AIQ counselling, 15% government medical seats and all seats in deemed universities are filled. You need to register on the MCC official website once the schedule is out. For state quota seats (85%), visit your respective state's counselling portal.Make sure you have your NEET scorecard, documents, and category certificates ready. Also, check previous year cutoffs to get an idea of the colleges you can target. And also be careful while filling choices and always keep some backup options.
