You can go for anyone. Both are good.
To crack your exam make sure your concepts are clear and your fundamentals are strong. Make sure your NCERT is complete. You can also go for NCERT exemplar. Refer previous year questions papers to understand the exam pattern and level of questions. You can also solve MCQs related to important topics. You should solve complete mock test series to know your strength and weakness.

I have 29 years aipmt book and neet prep guide by arihant. Can u say now as my last book for practice which is better out of these two? From which one more questions are expected? I got in quora that mtg and arihant books buy only one because both repeats the same question in most cases.
