Honestly you have very little chance in government colleges with your marks. You should probably apply for private colleges and deemed universities.

Your rank will probably lie around 30000. So it is a bit difficult to get into the government colleges. So for now, what you can do is to get admission into any private medical college. The fee structure do vary from college to college. Do check the websites of the private medical colleges you want to get in.
