If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a kpc college are mild.
Sine you are from bihar ,so you have better chances of getting admission in any college in bihar through state quota.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
