Dear Rubiya,
NEET 2019 will be conducted by NTA.
It is difficult to predict the changes in 2019. There are chances that syllabus can be changed or not next year nothing is final.
Wait, for the officials to release the notification.

No probably not. Neet ug syllabus strictly follow the ncert pattern. So stick towards ncert books and chapters and topics given in it. Its more than sufficient...
