neet 84 marks and i am addmision in medical course

With this marks, you cannot avail admission into any medical course coming under NEET (U.G.). For taking admission,you need to meet the cutoff of a particular institute. However, you have not even taken qualifying marks in NEET. The cutoff marks for various categories for 2020 are:

General: 720-147

OBC: 146-113

SC: 146-113

Your marks is below the cutoff for any of the category. So there is no way you can get admission in any of the government or private colleges as it is mandatory to clear the exam to get a MBBS seat.
