Neet criteria will increase in future 2020 i score only 60% and i score 420 in neet but i drop for 2020 is righ?

With this marks you can get  only bds in your state quota and it's chances are also less.

So you should drop for a year and focus to study best to get mbbs seat in a government college.and you should aim to get aiims because it is the best medical college.

So study hard with you smartness.

You have done well, scoring 420 marks in neet in 1st attempt is not so bad. It really tough to crack neet with schooling and boards.

If your  ambition is to become a doctor, studying the MBBS course then you need to score 550+ .

Lets be honest!

If you are getting 350+ in 1st attempt then you should surely drop a year.

MBBS is your Dream then dont hesitate to sacrifice  a year. Believe in yourself and take a leap but just remember one thing that if  you have full confidence that you will surely make improvements in your result then only you go for it.
