Sorry to tell you dear but if you fail to qualify neet examination then , you cannot get into any medical college be it private or government medical colleges without qualifying neet entrance examination.
This is because it is mandatory to qualify neet examination to get into medical colleges .
You can not take admission in medical colleges even in foriegn to pursue your mbbs , bams , bds etc without qualifying neet examination.
So , in short there's no gateway to medical colleges other than neet examination. So , if I suggest you to prepare well for neet examination if you want to get into medical colleges.
