Getting a government seat with your rank is very very difficult even under your category and specially if you are not from Karnataka itself. You may try private colleges or deemed universities like MS Ramaiah which has a total fee structure of 4.5 lakh and more. Iwould suggest you to go for the counselling and see where you land up and not give up.
