neet rank is 80589 any chance for agriculture or forestry?

This year if you want bhvs and ah at 15%all India quota seat then only your neet score is valid .As you have quite high rank it will be very difficult for you to get any seat.

You can apply for state level counselling if you have given your state veterinary exam .Also you will get a state level seat or not will depend on your rank at State level exam.

You can not admission in agriculture or forestry on the basis of your NEET exam because NEET exam is an entrance exam for medical courses like MBBS ,BDS ,BAMS etc. Rather for admission in agriculture or forestry , you should give engineering exams like JEE ,KCET etc.
