Hey Praveen,
As according to the highest score secured in NEET 2019, the Cutoff for this year is enough high. And according to previous year trends you can get only a private medical college with 162 marks in NEET.
Your marks are not enough that you can expect a good private college, and it is going to be very difficult for you to get a medical college.
I would only suggest you try again in NEET 2020 with good preparation.
