Sorry to say but if you do belong to UR Category, then a score of 406 won't be much of a help to help you procure a seat in any of the Govt. MBBS Medical Colleges. Being one amongst SC/ST can be the only option.
However, there are quite a many chances through which your marks can get you a seat in a Private Medical College to pursue the course.
