neet ug 440marks can I get mbbs college

At 440 Marks in NEET out of 720, you won't be getting any Government Medical College for pursuing MBBS. Neither you will get any Government Medical Colleges even from your State Quota (85%) Counselling.

Here's what you can do next :-

1. It's better if you go for a Drop.
2. You may opt for Private Medical Colleges.
3. You may go Abroad to pursue MBBS.
4. If you don't want to study all over again for NEET, you may change your stream from MBBS to BAMS, BDS, BHMS, BPT, etc.
5. If you no longer need to study medicine or want to leave science, you change your field from Science to Commerce or Arts.

My strong suggestion for you is that, you must go for a Drop . Prepare yourself with doing hard work. Solve as much as MCQs you can do in a day. Read NCERT textbooks thoroughly especially for Biology, Inorganic & Organic Chemistry.
