Dear Prince, yes. If you vacate the seat in the Round 2, you will be eligible for Mop up round. The seats ling vacant due to non joining, non reporting of Round 2 will be published in the seat matrix and eligible candidates will have to submit fresh choices and the Result will be processed as per the choice and merit. If you have already registered for Round 1 or 2 but havent taken any admission, then you neednt register again for the Mop up round.
