NEET UG State counselling- Does any state allow open counselling on 85% government seats in any round?

Dear Shivam, Karnataka is the only State that allows Non Karnataka domicile candidates to appear for their State Counselling. But the registration has been done with and the merit list has been released. Reat all States strictlynfollow the domicile criteria. Meaning you need to have domicile of the State that you want to either attend their State Counselling or seek admission in Private Medical Colleges.
