Yes, you can surely give UPSC exam. The candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 27 years on the year of examination. But for now, focus on your Third and fourth year as it is the most important years of the college. After you have completed your Final exams. Then you can start preparing for the UPSC exam.
