Nios Neet appearing student not able to download admit card Showing message Under subjudice Open school

To all of them here neet admit card for nios students have been released so dont worry

And now today is 26th of april and no sign of admit card for open school students i also have completed my 12 from nios.

Today morning i tried to contact neet by their provided contact no .they told me that

"There is no final decision made as of now , but it should come within a week"

As per the newly received information, the Delhi High Court held its final hearing and passed a decision today. All candidates, including those from NIOS and above the upper age limit, can appear for NEET 2018. Their admit card will be made available for download as soon the High Court verdict is released, which should likely happen in the next day or two.

Hello, Today is 25th April but still it's showing the same message. Please Help

according to us, The CBSE open school students and upper age limit students can not download the admit card until the delhi high court final decision and it will be pass on 24th april so you have to wait for it .

Admit cards for open school students and candidates above the upper age limit will be available for download from April 24 onwards. This is because that is the date on which the Delhi High Court will pass its final verdict on whether such candidates can appear for NEET 2018.

The most likely scenario is that the Delhi HC will pass an interim order allowing all candidates to appear for NEET this year and the admit cards will be immediately released on that date by the CBSE.
