As you have not mentioned about the name of an examination so it is little bit difficult to guide you with an accurate information but however if we consider your profile then it shows that you are an engineering aspirant, so you might be interested in JEE-Main. So, according to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. You can also go for some private colleges through Management quota(Direct admission). But It would be much better if you take a drop and prepare yourself for JEE-Main 2021 if you can afford.
