But with the score you can get a seat in private medical college under management quota.

If you belong to the general category then according to my knowledge you have not even qualified for NEET

If you belong to some special category then yes, you have qualified but you do not have the score for government college.

If you are still passionate about medical go for private college

If you belong to general category try again next year with preparation
