non of my friends including me got our college or branch upgraded in second round. why so?

As there were very less withdrawal so seats were not vacant that's why we have not got our colleges upgraded.

No one get upgradation in second round counseling but you can get upgradation in fourth round counseling

This is all because jee mains counselling is stopped and students who have filled both jee and upsee have not opted withdrawal from upsee.
