No, non qualified students cannot have chance to participate in neet counselling. The non qualified students cannot have chance to get admission in any medical colleges. So better the non qualified student can drop a year and clear the neet in next year.

No, non-qualified student cannot take part in NEET UG counselling.
The admission to undergraduate medical courses through NEET to various private and government medical colleges throughout India has begun in most of the states.
The eligiblity criteria to take part is that you need to pass NEET to take part in counselling. So you are not eligible.

If u have not been qualified in AIQ 15% then, U can't claim a seat under 15% all India quota. Which means ur not eligible to claim a govt seat in other states. However, If your state is accepting neet marks for admission then you can apply for that under 85% quota. Another other option is private colleges . all private college will be taking admission via neet ranks only.
However now, that criteria has been removed. All NEET qualified candidates will be eligible for all India quota seats!
