Hi Alpana,
I hope you are doing good. Now coming to your query, If you are asking about State quota government seats then Kalpana to apply for then you should definitely have a Domicile certificate. If you don't have a TN Domicile certificate then you can't apply for TN state quota seats even you belong to TN. So if you don't have a Domicile certificate then the only way to get into TN government colleges is through AIQ.
