Compnaies are looking for Extra Curriculum activities like Certification sinto Technical and Management skills.
They also look for internships any candidate has taken and whethe rhe has volunteering experience for bigger cause to showcase his emotional intelligence and by this they can understand candidates more personally.
They also look for Sports based activities and participating to quizzes to judge your physical and mental ability.
