now I am in BE-CSE course next after completion can I take Mtech-CSE or I have to take ME-CSE only without any options

If you're interested in technical degrees want to prosper in life with the degrees of Technology then it is first and foremost duty to get the deep knowledge through doing your PG courses of computer science engineering. You can do also PhD degrees on the subject you have chosen for your graduation.
Other hand if you have interest in managerial role then do MBA after BE in Computer Science Engineering from a good Institute that will openup the Gateway of success in your future prospect of placement .
