No, now you cannot apply for JEE mains April session because the last date to apply has already past long ago.

Sorry to tell you but now there's no way to apply for JEE Mains 2020 examination .This is because last date to fill the application form of JEE mains has already passed.
Your JEE mains application form , April session or 2nd session was released on 7 th February at jeemain.nta.nic.in
And, the last date to fill the application form of JEE Main 2020 was 12th March .

If you want to appear in JEE Mains examination , you will have to wait for jee main 2021 , application process for JEE Main 2021 ,January session will start in the first week of September 2020
