Now iam doing a MBA as corresponding Crouse ..iam willing do to B.Ed if any specification subject r general??
Hi Navin,
The two discipline are largely unrelated and result into different career options. In MBA you are trained for managing business, people and enterprises. The training part in MBA also includes theories that help you minimise losses and maximise gains for an organisation.
A degree in B.Ed, on the other hand, enables you to communicate and teach students in better and professional manner. You learn mentods towards guiding students, ways of evaluation and specific areas that can be worked upon depending on specific abilities of students. You are adevelop a hoolistic sense of teaching and get prepared for making a career in teaching.
Having explained the two disciplines, I would ask you to intorspect on your medium term and long term career goals. Accordingly, focus either on MBA or go for a B.Ed degree. Though it only benefits to have as many diverse degrees as possible, finding cross-discipline advantage may not be possible every time. So, Good that you are doing an MBA. Complete that. If you are interested in teaching, go for B.Ed also, but focus on a career that is alinged with your interest only.
Please write back in case you need any other suggestion!..
