now that COAP rounds have begun , why still some iits havn't posted m tech shortlists on their portal ? A shortlist on the website well before the process is not a must protocal to be followed? plz answer i m worried.

Hello,
Coap is gate coap for IIT colleges. In this examinations institute participate for admission if seats are available window open for admission application. Now you said the some IIT can't give the list then May be there are no seats are available. Otherwise they will give you after few times.
Actually some websites give the results because they have some internal source also they calculate and assumptions a list and published it but it's not happened.
Anyway Don't panic, your name also coming slowly waiting for the list name.
