Computer science engineering (CSE) is one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants which focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. Students pursuing computer science courses will gain knowledge of design, implementation and management of information system of both hardware and software. Going by the name, CSE course deals primarily with the theory of computation and design of computational systems. The course is offered across the globe in technical institutions at undergraduate as well as postgraduate levels awarding B.Tech and M.tech degrees, respectively.
The Bachelor of Information Science degree is a distinctly different from a general B. Sc. The Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology, however is a 4-year program and the degree awarded is referred to as B.Tech or B.E. One can apply for BSc IT after completing HSC or after completing Engineering Diploma.
Scope are good in both courses but I directly proportional to you academics results go with one in which you're interested.
Feel free to comment if you have any doubt
Good luck

Both have equal scope if you apply for a job in an IT company. But BE computer science students get lucrative salary and more opportunities in different sectors as compared to BSc IT students. So if you're getting a good college for BE computer science then definitely go for it.

Hello dear aspirant
There is a huge difference between the two courses. For BE computer science, the campus placement opportunities is much more than that in B. Sc IT, moreover, if you want to go in the field of research then opt for B. Sc IT, also B. Sc is a 3 year course whereas B. Tech is a 4 year course. As we all know, the course depends on how good the college is. If you are getting a good college in B. Tech, go for B. Tech, if you are getting good college in B. Sc, opt for B. Sc.
If the level of colleges you are getting in both courses is same, then opt for B. Tech.
