Yes HC verma and Aakash module are sufficient for aiims , actually aakash module has plenty of questions to do . But I have suggestion for you once you complete HC Verma and Aakash module then you should go for past year papers of aiims and solve mock test papers and after that, you will be good to go for aiims.
