Maybe the chances are less bcz she is an oc candidate so she may get seat in any nit if the below rankers got iit seats

yes she can expect to get a seat in some of the NITs.She can get NIT Agartala,NIT Meghalaya for sure.She can also give a try in some other NITs also.
